Professor Profile
Li Wei is the Wu Yuzhang Distinguished Professor and doctoral supervisor at Renmin University of China. He serves as the Associate Dean of the School of International Studies, Associate Dean of the Institute of Regional and Country Studies, and Director of the Center for American Studies at Renmin University of China. He has been a visiting scholar at several institutions, including the Asia-Pacific Center for Security Studies (USA), Cornell University, the Institute of Developing Economies (Japan), and Freie Universität Berlin. From 2006 to 2009, he studied at the School of International Relations and Public Affairs, Fudan University, where he earned a Ph.D. in Law.

He has published over seventy Chinese and English papers in journals such as International Political Studies, Cultural Review, and Contemporary World. He has also led or participated in multiple key research projects, including special commissioned projects and major national high-end think tank projects.
